On 29 and 30 March 2023. the initial meeting of the GROWTH project was held. The meeting was held in Bijeljina on the premises of the University of Bijeljina. The meeting was held in hybrid mode: partners from Germany and Slovakia attended the project meeting online, while project partners from the Western Balkans, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina attended face-to-face.
The meeting started with an opening address by the director of the University of Bijeljina. Then followed a detailed presentation of the project. After that, all project partners presented their institutions, both live and online.
Representatives of the University of Bijeljina presented the first work package of the WP1 project: Project preparation. HSWT presented work package WP2: Optimization of HEIs environment. AVMSS presented the work package WP3: Green transition in teaching, learning and research. SUA presented the work package WP4: Introduction of digital & sustainable academic mobility. CEPS presented the work package WP5: Communication & exploitation. And at the end of the first working day, UBN representatives presented the work package WP6: Project management and quality control.
During the second working day, the formation of management structures was presented. Then new rules and administrative procedures, budget and equipment, risk management plan and event risk evaluation plan were presented. The evaluation form of the event, the communication plan of the management was presented.
The kick-off meeting of the GROWTH project was completed with the action plan and final considerations.
Dana 29 i 30.03.2023. održan je početni sastanak GROWTH projekta. Sastanak je održan u Bijeljini u prostorijama Univerziteta Bijeljina. Sastanak je održan u hibridnom modu: partneri iz Njemačke i Slovačke su prisustvovali projektnom sastanku online putem, dok su projektni partneri sa Zapadnog Balkana, iz Srbije, Crne Gore i Bosne i Hercegovine prisustvovali licem u lice.
Sastanak je započeo uvodnim obraćanjem direktora Univerziteta Bijeljina. Zatim je uslijedila detaljna prezentacija projekta. Nakon toga svi projektni partneri predstavili su svoje institucije, kako uživo tako i online putem.
