WP1 – PROJECT PREPARATION
This a package which includes six preparatory activities crucial for a smooth continuation of the entire project implementation.

WP2 – OPTIMIZATION OF HE ENVIRONMENT
This is a package comprising nine activities intended for creating a proper context for concrete interventions devised in packages WP3 and WP4. Namely, WP2 is introducing the partnership to the topic of green or climate-neutral universities, and to the notion of green transition in general. Furthermore, WP2 serves to build a proper infrastructure for interventions foreseen in subsequent work packages, such as procurement of project equipment and its proper placement and installation. Successful implementation of this package will secure the attainment of the first specific objective (SO1).

WP3 – GREEN TRANSITION IN TEACHING, LEARNING AND RESEARCH
This package comprises four activities leading to the introduction of necessary green methodologies in the process of higher education, i.e. it introduces methods and approaches which result in raising environmental awareness and informing human action towards innovative and environmentally friendly forms of behaviour.

WP4 – INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL AND SUSTAINABLE ACADEMIC MOBILITY
This package comprises five activities leading to the introduction of an environmentally friendly academic behaviour by presenting and proposing digital academic mobility. Since digital technologies are recognised as environmentally friendly, at least to the extent that their carbon footprint is not so deep as the consumption of fossil fuels, introducing digital academic activities and practices is recognised as a step towards green transition. Packages WP3 and WP4 together will help the partnership achieve the second specific objective (SO2).

WP5 – COMMUNICATION AND EXPLOITATION
This work package comprises eight tasks devised with the intention of a) communicating project activities and interventions through joint cooperation and collaboration, b) disseminating project results and outcomes to project beneficiaries and all other direct and indirect stakeholders; c) exploiting project results, i.e., using them for further environmental awareness campaigns or to develop further processes and/or products, and d) securing sustainability of project results and outcomes. This is not an intervention package as its devised activities are meant to imbue all work packages and last during the whole project cycle.

WP6 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL
This package is devised with the idea of securing quality implementation and excellent end results, as well as proper, smooth and unimpeded project flow through thoroughly planned, effective and sound project management. This work packages includes five tasks focused on monitoring and control of all project activities from WP1 to WP6.
